Policy regarding subscription renewals and cancellations at PortoAI.

Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Refunds
Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable and non-prorated once a billing period begins. If a refund is granted as an exception, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Trials and promotions
If we offer a free trial or promotional pricing, you will be informed of the duration and applicable terms at sign-up. After the trial ends, regular pricing applies unless you cancel before the end of the trial.
Billing issues
If you believe there is a billing error or unauthorized charge, please contact us promptly via /contact. We will investigate and aim to resolve issues quickly.
Changes
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
